Finally received my review copy today! Looks like the Blu-ray was newly created (it is 42.5 Gb vs the 2008 Blu-ray's 30 Gb) and has an author date of 6/30/2021.

New 2021 Blu-ray included with 4K disc:

Another pleasant surprise is that the DTS-HD MA 5.1 tracks on both discs are ES-encoded, meaning they have a 6.1 matrixed rear channel that my Sony X800-M2 player has decoded as 7.1!
