This is a Candian store and shipping to the West Coast is pretty long when sent via ground (about 9-10 days). It is much faster on the east coast.
The US listed prices are always very cheap for most things - even cheaper than stores like Costco, Frys, etc. Then, when you order by credit card, the credit card company usually gives you a better exchange rate so they come out even cheaper. Their shipping averages out to around $1 per title or less.
