are the filters ALWAYS included when you purchase a new AVIA DVD Setup even through e-tailer?

I can't speak for every copy of Avia, but my copy came with the filters inside the case.

So did mine, but I bought mine at Best Buy. If you didn't get the filters, I guess you could try and find red, green and blue cellophane and cut out some strips. But if you got the filters, then this obviously wouldn't apply.
