Just heard a commercial on the radio for Toys R Us. It stated that if you purchase 2 video games for either PS2 or Xbox, you get one free (equal or lesser value)

My store actually had games this year? Surprise, Surprise.

Last year they hid all the popular titles in back during the sale.

I know because I checked before closing the day before the sale. Titles were there. Next Morning, checked again. All hot titles gone. Day after sale. Mysteriously there again.

Maybe they got in trouble after people reported this???

The sale in the Toys R Us ad for the store does list all titles afterall. Plus combining.

It's worth noting that, although the online sale at Amazon applies only to "selected" games, you can buy *any* games at Toys R Us B&M. I also noticed at my local TRU that several games not on display were in fact available in the glass case behind the register, easy to see if you look, so make sure to check there before giving up on finding a given game.

Very nice sale, excellent for picking up recent games, especially for my Gamecube family, such as Nintendo titles that will not be reduced any time soon, i.e. Paper Mario, Donkey Konga....
