I must say I'm a bit surprised at the complaints about slow shipping. I've placed several dozen orders with Bull Moose and have almost always found their shipping speed to be excellent.

I think the complaints have been less about shipping "speed" and more about lack of product getting to the retailers in the first place. The shortages on certain titles have thrown release schedules and street dates into dissaray but, once they have the product and can send it out, I would agree with you that shipping speed is excellent (at least as far as Bullmoose is concerned.) Does that make sense?

Yes. They can't ship what they don't have.

I think their shipping is fine. It's the studios' availability of product that's slowing things down.
