I am putting together a home theater. I have Klipsch reference 7 speakers. I have the opportunity to build the sub, front, center speakers into the wall. Will this have an adverse affect on the sound. What are the pros and cons. I do not want to make a mistake.

Most speakers benefit from being away from the walls in every direction, in particular the front baffle of the speaker, so my recommendation would be not to do it. Pro - looks much better. Con - you will almost certainly lose some sound quality.

In-wall speakers will never have natural sounding voices no matter what you do with the design. You can test this your self with a friend. Have the friend talk normally in the middle of the room (facing you) while your are seated at the listening position, then have your friend move closer and closer to the wall while talking until their head is finally next to the wall. You will hear a big difference in timbre and overall acoustics as the voice gets closer to the wall.
