Buena Vista-Thanks for Corrected Jackie Brown

    Just wanted to say that this is the second time I've had to deal with BV Customer Service with respect to DVDs (the first being for a missing Unbreakable insert), and that both instances have been handled extremely well. I just received my corrected DVD today, and all I had to do was call and say that I had a problem with the disc. Thank you BVHE for trusing your customers and for sending corrected discs out so quickly.

    I haven't picked up Jackie Brown yet, but with regard to Unbreakable's missing Alex Ross illustrations, I am also a happy customer. With no questions asked, the Buena Vista representative took my name and address and the pictures arrived packaged inside an envelope between two pieces of card within a few weeks.
