Believe it or not but I just got around to watching my Pearl Harbor Dir.Cut DVD last night and right around the attack of PH right when the bomb is dropped down on the Arizona, the picture started to glitch and jitter on me![IMG]
I didn't have my receipt from back in July last year, so BBuy can't do anything for me, I tried. So I called Buena Vista customer service and told them my situation and they are going to send me out a new copy of disc 1!! I'll be sending them back my defective disc 1.
Wow! Now that is customer service!
A hand goes out to them for helping me out on this.

Anyone else experience any probs with their 4 disc set of PH?

I had a problem with one of the discs in the Davy Crockett set last year and their customer service was awesome in quickly getting me a replacement disc.

    Eric-
No. I'm not paying a dime for the replacement disc 1.
My only expense will be the ship cost on mailing back to them my defective copy of disc 1. I'm not disapointed. I'm[IMG]

    Later!

P.S. This is a lesson learned for me that when it comes to buying a dvd and not planning on viewing it for months out, at least look at the discs to see if there are any blemishes on them so you'll have a chance to take them back within the 30 days and get an exchange. Doah!
