If any of you are as interested in seeing Buena Vista release an anamorphic SE of this movie, as I have seen from the posts around here, please send an email to the below email address.

I filled out a form online and got a reply from this address. I would post the page for the form but now I can't find that.
Here is what I sent to BV:
I hope you will consider a re-release of CRIMSON TIDE. Preferably a Special Edition, and at the least, Anamorphic Enhancement for Region 1. Paramount is giving this treatement to THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER, and both of those are my favorite movies. But I will not buy the current version of CRIMSON TIDE. The non-anamorphic transfer does not appeal to me and the quality is poor compared to many other non-anamorphic titles.
And here is their response:
Thank you for your e-mail regarding CRIMSON TIDE. We appreciate your interest. A re-release date for CRIMSON TIDE has not been set and it is currently unavailable. We appreciate hearing the opinions of our viewers, and we will forward your comments to our Marketing Department. Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any other questions concerning our videos and DVD's, or if you would like to purchase one of our movies. You may contact us by e-mail or by calling 800 723-4763 or our Canadian toll-free number 888 877-BVHE. Regards, BVHE Consumer Relations
