Ok so no cash on hand build.
I have been dreaming about this all my life and now I'm retired and have no money I lookin for deals all the time.

Started out when we bought a house with a separate garage.


First....was a little sound Proofing

I scoured this site for HOW TO and tried to fumble through the design as to where to wire and what to wire
I have 40amps on #8 wire already here

Insulation from under the floor of the house....
Re insulated the foundation of the home

AND now i'm getting close to putting up drywall so I think I better be finished wiring.
