I have a pair holding B&W 601S2 about 22lbs. The sides has a grip pads and believe me, my rear speakers are not going anywhere. I think they can hold any bookshelves speaker and tilt about 10 or 15 degrees up and down.
Good luck...

Charles,
I have a pair holding a set of Paradigm Studio 40s for about the past year. They haven't fallen off yet!!!

I use them with B&W 602S2's also. They are great!!! I would recommend Blue Tak on the bottom of the speaker if you angle it down, just to be safe. :) There is not a better wall bracket available for the price - PERIOD. They really look good too!
