Brickwall and UPS? (1 Viewer)

Anyone doing this? I have frequent quick power 'dips', enough to shut off some pieces of my equipment. I've even lost a ReplayTV to this. I need a ups in line for that and maybe the dvd recorder. Can I use them both together? Were would I put the Brickwall surge/filter? before or after the UPS?
