I searched and didn't find anything on this subject... maybe I used the wrong terms?

Anyways, how do I properly break in my 12" Dayton DVC? How long should it take?

Go to "Speakers and subwoofers" and do a search for "Break in" and you'll get a lot of info.

Don't get sucked into that nonsense. There's no need to do anything other than power it up and use it.
