Image will be re-releasing the David Shepard-produced DVDs of the Charlie Chaplin comedies produced at Essanay and Mutual studios. The box set will also include a 7th disc with a Chaplin documentary on it.

It looks like it's a simple repackaging of the 6 DVDs out, but will be only $99 MSRP.

That's great news Patrick ! I picked up the 10 Image discs before they went OOP (something I don't regret - even with the new Warner releases), but never got around to picking up the shorts (which were usually listed for over $20 per disc). This will give me a chance to get all 6 discs for less than $15 per disc.
