Yesterday I finally purchased this movie and watched it. One thing I noticed was 1. There was no black bars 2. Credits and on screen words were getting cut off at the sides. IT just seemed to me like I was not getting the whole picture. My dvd player is set to 4:3 mode, so I can not think of what else to do? Can anyone help me?
    Thanks

Make sure your player is set to "4x3 Letterbox" as opposed to "4x3 Pan & Scan".

Wow, thank you very much!!! One more question. Does this mean every movie I've watched has been displayed in an incorrect aspect ratio?

No, most movies don't support this feature and will show letterboxed anyway.
