I understand it would be difficult to search your collections (especially those that are large), but I was wondering:
Is there any boutique label you only have one release of?*
There are many labels of course that I don't have ANY release.
But what is the label you were only interested in one film, and not in anything else in their entire output?

Mine is as follows:

Vinegar Syndrome:

88 films:

(I'm also interested in Masters of the Universe, but I'm waiting for a possible UHD release)

Imprint:

(I'm also interested in many releases of theirs, but I'm waiting in case another US or European equivalent appears, to compare what is the best edition. I know, that in this case I didn't wait, because I didn't think anyone else would release this film from my childhood which I bought purely for nostalgia reasons)

*Single releases that contain more films don't count.
For example, I have Radiance's Commedia all'italiana, but it contains 3 films.

Criterion - Blow-Up (1966), imported to the UK (still no UK release for this very European film). Apparently they do have a number of films in preparation that I’d love to own…I should live so long!

You only own one Criterion?
Wow, that was unexpected! I wouldn't think there is a film collector that does.

Actually it was two, I also had The Great Escape, but gave it to a charity shop when the 4Ks came along. I suppose I'm not really a film collector, but I do love to own films that I like. If they ever get around to releasing Catch-22 & O Lucky Man! (which they're supposed to have), then I'll have three Criterions :)

I believe the only Vinegar Syndrome title I have is their recent Looking for Mr. Goodbar (1977) UHD. I thought my Buster Keaton Rides Again / Helicopter Canada blu that I bought from DeepDiscount was VS also, but it actually doesn't indicate VS anywhere on the cover. I know they do sell it at the VS website though so...

I'm sure that the only A24 title I have is the Stop Making Sense (1984) UHD.

I believe the only Imprint title I have is their disappointing transfer of The Day of The Locust (1975). (I later acquired the superior Arrow edition but retained the Imprint for a few unique extras -- it's a favorite film).

Most surprising to me is that it seems like I only have one Eureka Entertainment title: their City Girl (1930) blu-ray from 2011. I guess it's because I don't generally buy region B discs (City Girl is region-free but I think that's unusual for Eureka?).

I'm guessing there are others I'm not thinking of, but even with all 3000+ titles in DVD Profiler it's not easy to sort out.

Not counting releases like concerts (that can be linked to the concert production and not a structural label as such), I have only 1 release from As Vitam, Altitude Film, Aventi, Big World Pictures, Citel, Cult Epics, Cult Films, Dogwoof, Drafthouse Films, Entertainment One, FUNimation, Film Movement, Image, Jour2fête, Koba, Koch (Germany), MUBI, Mondo Vision, Music Box, Nour Films, Park Circus, Raro US, Severin, and Starz-Anchor Bay.

Within those, I suppose boutique labels would be : Big World Pictures, Cult Epics, Cult Films, Dogwoof, Drafthouse Films, Film Movement, Image, Mondo Vision, Music Box, Raro US and Severin (the other ones could be perceived as bigger than that and/or the video branch of distributors).

(blu-ray.com app allows to list how many releases you own per studio/label)

Ignite Films: I have Invaders From Mars only.

From their website, it appears they currently only have 3 titles on (or coming to) the market: The Story of G.I. Joe and Re-Animator being the other two. I'm not a big war movie fan, so G.I. Joe is not really my cup o' tea. I'm considering Re-Animator, but I already have the Arrow release from way back when, and not sure how much benefit 4K will have.

Same with me on Invaders From Mars. Forget on deciding on many of the other major labels..... way too many good titles to just pick one from each.

While technically a war movie, Story of G.I. Joe is more bio-pic and only has two notable combat scenes, one of which happens mostly off-screen. The Ignite restoration is streaming on Amazon Prime. I reviewed it a few months ago.

For the original question, I'm glancing over at my shelf and notice a couple labels for which I only have two or three titles (Raro Video and Eureka).

The only boutique label I can think of that I only own one movie from is Arbelos Films (The Last Movie). I'm looking at their web site, and it appears they only have 14 movies in their catalog. Most of the others I've never heard of. The only other one that might appeal to me is Mutual Appreciation.

I streamed Story of G.I. Joe from Amazon, so I don't technically own anything from Ignite.

Anchor Bay - I'll Never Forget What's'isname (1967) DVD, a nice transfer with a great Michael Winner commentary. I wonder if a Blu-ray will ever be released?

Olive - Assault On A Queen (1966) Blu-ray, & looking quite nice, I've only watched it once in all the years I've had it.

I'm fairly certain Deadgirl is the only title I have from Unearthed Films. I expect I have at least a couple titles from Vinegar Syndrome, but the release of Southern Comfort I have (I think) is one of their independent brands. I was thinking I only have one release from Severin films, Cemetery Man, but it might be two.

The recent 4K release of Southern Comfort is from Vinegar Syndrome themselves, not a sub-label.
