Well that's a totally fair comment. As long as any film has some audience that appreciates it, it definitely has a reason to exist, at least outside of any financial aspects. I know I like tons of movies that many would consider terrible - so who am I to say that any movie shouldn't have ever been made. So enjoy what you like!
All in all, I will still probably pick up DOMINION some day to hear the Schrader commentary and as a somewhat historical entry in my DVD library.
