Gads, I like this show.. Although I've learned never to trust episode previews, they may even be willing to kill off their own cast members...

Their not afraid to take risks with their main cast members wich makes the show interesting. I kept on saying to myself, "That's not a smart move! Wait till he leaves, and then call!" I thought the kid might have the same gun with him that he used to pull off the shooting, but it was still surprising to see a knife instead.

Even if the move he made on Senate was a bit predictable once he picked up that phone.

Wow! I didn't see that coming!
I'm with you, Neil. One of the coolest things about this show is that with a cast this large, anyone can go.
Personally, I'm a big fan of Nicky Katt - so I'm hoping he quit the show to take on some more movie roles. He should be getting the roles that Vin Diesel gets!
This show is so far removed from reality that it's almost a sitcom, but I never miss it! Big BP fan!

Dammit. Why can't someone stab Hanson (Michael Rapaport)? Sending letters home to the parents of the fat kids? As Marla says, the man is a menace.

I think Marla will be coming around to realize that Danny isn't as bad as she thought. When she heard him in the stairwell, I think she looked a little sorry. And the speech that Harper gave Guber indicates that he at least understands where Danny is coming from, if he doesn't necessarily agree with his actions.
There's a lot of room to work with Michael Rapaport's character and I hope they keep him. One of the things I've always liked about Boston Public is that they never hesitate to show their characters at their best and their worst - ie as real people.
Great ending to the episode, by the way. Didn't see it coming, but the tension in that scene kept me feeling that something could happen.

I like this show too but the formula is starting to get old. Gang-bangers, check. Fat jokes, check. Internal teacher strife, check. I hope they find a way to keep it fresh or it might go the way of McBeal and co.

This episode was better than some of the episodes this season. I was really surprised by the ending though.

Are you implying there is no more storyline for Harry, period, Patrick?
I could see it go either way, but I think there's a strong case for his surviving...
It's not like he had his throat slit and was left in the park all night... oh, wait... ;)

Even if Senate lives, teaching these kids would be a tougher daily grind, but I've seen weirder stuff before...
