bose am15 speakers (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have a set of bose am15 speakers out there that can answer this question? Does the front left/center/right speaker wires have to be connected the bose subwoofer or can I just connect them straight to my receiver. It comes with wiring to connect to the subwoofer but it is too short.

The cubes aren't designed to handle full frequency sound so they would probably be damaged if you connect them directly to the receiver without using the bass module. The bass module plays lower frequencies and passes highs to the cube. Your safest bet is to get some additional wiring and continue passing the signal thru the bass module.

Jimmy, please note that Carl mentioned bass module. It is in no way, shape, or form, a sub woofer.

No highs, no lows.....must be Bose!
