Bose Acoustimass Module Blown out? (Help) (1 Viewer)

Hi Everyone,
I have a Bose CineMate® Series II digital home theater speaker system, I was watching Band of Brothers last night and the module/speakers were working fine. However, today as I tried to watch the rest of series I noticed that there is barely any bass, even after turning the bass switch to the max. So my question is the module (subwoofer) blown out?

It's god's way of telling you to get a new speaker system with a real woofer
There is probably nothing wrong with the woofer module. If you are not hearing distortions or bottoming out it's probably just the woofer. The Bose woofers do not really put out any subsonic bass frequencies and they'll barely play anything below 50HZ.
