The two officers go to a disturbance call at a producer's house. There's a woman there, and Tom gets a vibe off her, but they say nothing is wrong. The next day, she is reported missing by her roommate. They go back with the detectives and find blood on the scene. The producer is suspected with the usual casting couch stuff. The roommate holds a vigil in which she seems more interested in getting publicity. Then the producer ends up dead. Turns out the woman is actually alive, found out she was more famous when missing, and killed the producer by accident.
Teresa wasn't even in the episode, which was disappointing. I think I liked the mall one the best. They got rid of the reporter, and you had to wait all season to find out how they made her into a cadet. Can't think of any other (now moot) storyline development.

Yes the mall episode was probably one of the best of the entire series. Would have been nice to see where they were going with the new story lines.

Oh well.

The music used while Feerless, Joel and the other cop go looking for the security station/office inside the mall was very entertaining. You get the idea that these cops are capable of handling anything, regardless of training.
