Let's be frank here: I, like many others, hate bonus discs. But unfortunately, it doesn't look like they're going away anytime soon. And since I know I'm not the only completist on the forum by a long shot, I figured we might as well have an index for TV DVD sets that included a bonus disc at a specific retailer(s). (This list is not for bonus discs included with complete series sets, unless they happen to be exclusive to a single retailer.)

Realistically, after a few months, these bonus discs are deleted and become hard to find. Still, you can sometimes get lucky and find one at a store or brave a bidding war at eBay. For this reason, the list will be broken down into two sections: one alphabetical list of titles released in the last six months with bonus content, and one for older releases. If you can think of any that aren't covered here (and there are hundreds), please post them in this format (you can see examples in the list below):

Show Title (Season X)
Retailer
Description of Content

In addition to bonus discs, any retailer-exclusive content at all will be covered separately (i.e. Best Buy's packages of The Office).

I've given up worrying about bonus discs (If I get them, great. If not, oh well) but it's a neat idea for a thread.

24: Season Five
Best Buy
Content: Stunts featurette

24: Season Five
Target
Content: A round table discussion. (Thanks, Scott)

24: Season Five
Wal Mart
Content: Behind the scenes featurette

Lost: Season One

Just to be a nitpicker, it was the third clip show of the year. :)

EDIT: corrected the info for the Target 24 disc.

Target's bonus disc was actually a roundtable discussion about terrorism with cast, crew and terrorism experts.

And to add to the list:
Dexter Season 1
Target
Paley Q&A session

Adding to the list.

ER Season 4
Target
East Coast Airing of the Live Episode "Ambush."

Which is kind of ironic because it's a better rendition of that episode than the West Coast one (a prop wasn't reset and someone ended up threatening a room with his empty hand instead of an AIDS infected needle.

I am unhappy about the trend of charging extra for bonus disks. Target charged more for the bonus package of Heroes and Nip/Tuck. I thought the point of bonus disks was since every retailer charges about the same during the first week of sales due to minimum advertised prices, the way to get people to buy at your store was to offer a bonus at the same price. Charging more seems to defeat this practice.

Unfortunately, now they see that they can charge more money and get people to come into the store. It's an even bigger win.

The Office was another Target bonus disc that they charged an extra $5 for.
