Not sure if this is the right forum for this topic, but anyway...
I have a 2010 Mazda3. I use my ipod to play music in the car.
I have never been able to get the ipod and the car to synch for playback,
so I used a cord connection via the AUX input.
This worked fine for years.
However recently I got a Samsung Smart phone (Android) and
when the phone is in the car, I cannot get the AUX connection
to work as the car starts searching for a blu tooth and will not
allow the AUX input to work. It seems that the blu tooth and
the ipod are tying also to make a connection. I have tried
turning of the blu tooth options on both devices, but the problem
remains. I am not sure there is a way to disable the blu tooth on the
car, the owner manual is a bit vague about this and the display
offers no clue.
I would like to continue to be able to have the phone in the car and
to play music as I had before. Any suggestions on now to make this
work would be welcome.
Thanks.
