If we can include shows whose medium of origin is videotape, then I'd like to see All in the Family get the kind of restoration attention Fraggle Rock and Monty Python's Flying Circus got. The 50th anniversary is next year, and the first five seasons' picture quality leaves a bit to be desired. Just don't alter the content or aspect ratio, leave the existing disc extras in (and see what else can be found that was overlooked), and you're good to go.

For filmed shows:

Bewitched
I Dream of Jeannie
The Mary Tyler Moore Show
The Bob Newhart Show
The Waltons
Hill Street Blues

St. Elsewhere
Newhart
Murder She Wrote
(already out in France but I still want a Region A US set)
Designing Women
L.A. Law
The Simpsons
(up to the year 2000)

One Step Beyond - I'd be happy with remastered dvds of the remaining seasons 2 and 3.

In addition to the Warner Bros. detective shows mentioned, The Roaring 20's and Bourbon Street Beat.

Adventures in Paradise

Hitchcock Presents and Hitchcock Hour plus Suspicion.

Thriller (Karlov)

The Fugitive

From the 50s and 60s:
Route 66
The Fugitive
Checkmate
Completion of I Love Lucy and Andy Griffith Show at least through the B/W years

From the 60s and 70s:
Hawaii Five O (original Jack Lord series)
Mannix
Columbo
Emergency

For me this would be a great start, especially the B/W shows. If these were ever to happen, I'm sure I could come up with more.

Gilligan's Island
The Andy Griffith Show
Superman: the Animated Series
The Munsters
Cheers (wonder if it would help)
Seinfeld
The 190 Three Stooges shorts (technically not TV series but always listed as a TV series because it's where most people eventually saw them)

And the Rifleman

There are lots of vintage TV series I'd purchase on BR - but these top the list:

Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea
The Munsters
The Addams Family
Babylon 5
The Bob Newhart Show
Zorro (Disney)
The Adventures of Superman
The Wild Wild West

And one grail show that's yet to see any release:
The Green Hornet

I'd include The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriett, The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show, The Jack Benny Show, and Amos 'n Andy but those are not likely to even see proper DVD release, much less BR.

My picks for Blu-ray releases:

The Three Stooges (all 190 shorts and how about some new colorized releases?)
Our Miss Brooks ( newer DVDS now available).
Captain Nice
Mr. Terrific
Gilligans Island
The Monkees (need a Blu re-release)
Dream Girl 1967 (fat chance)
Our Place 1967 (ditto)
I Dream Of Jeannie ( including the later continuations)
The Brady Bunch (c’mon Paramount )
The Partridge Family
Quark (1978)
The Six Million Dollar Man (already bought the German release but a US release would be nice).
The Bionic Woman

The Monkees got a R1 BR release. It was limited availability and quite expensive. It needs a re-pressing.

Wagon Train, especially remastered prints from late season 4, all of seasons 5-6 and 8, which had been on Starz/Encore, but the John McIntire had been added to the Me-TV weekday and Saturday lineup!
