Blu-ray player with solid TV speaker audio playback? (1 Viewer)

I have been using my PS3 as a Blu-ray player for years. I want to get a stand alone one for under $200. My two main concerns are:

-Audio: I am currently only using my TV's built in speakers. I want a BD player with solid, balanced audio so the dialogue isn't drowned out, etc.

-Fast forward/rewind scrubbing: I want it to be very responsive, unlike most DVRs and their delayed FF, etc.

Any suggestions? I am currently looking at the Sony BDP-S7200
