Well, I picked up Oz 3D at the last minute. Deepdiscount's amazon marketplace has a few now for $12.95 + 3.99 (about $17 w/tax and all). I hope they don't screw it up. At least i have amazon to help me if they do. But how can I not go ahead for $17?!! Can't wait.. Are there any safe drugs I could use to make 3D on 2D TVs and stuff?

I ordered it at $13.49 + 3.99 shipping. Do you know what the purported "screw-up" is? The only thing I can figure is that they're sending out the 2D version for that price. I already have 2 of those and only wanted to check out the 3D.

Like you said, at least Amazon is there to help out. There was a time when Deep Discount DVD had the lowest prices and now they're usually the highest.

DD makes a grown man cry. Outside of amazon, they lost my business. Prob for good.

I noticed that notification too. I ordered one for mom at Christmas (not DD, direct from amazon) and she got the right one. They have 3D equipment, the cheapest you can buy, but she loved it that way. .. the ASIN # B00CNW9Z6I is the correct one. No telling what is up.

OZ showed up and it's the correct one. Also, that note on amazon's listing has disappeared. And it's $17.99 now. There aren't anymore for $12.99.

Oddly, I also ordered a DVD movie from a place off ebay called importdvd and it was actually deepdiscount. Ain't that sneaky! They get my business even when I avoid them.

Neither film was packaged well, plastic envelope with no padding (unless they consider air padding)... but luckily they look brand new.
