Is anyone else having issues getting logged in to Fox Connect to take advantage of the Ford at Fox deal?

I couldn't log in with my current account information. I requested a new password and couldn't log in with that. I couldn't connect using Facebook and I couldn't just palce the order using the Paypal payment. It kept asking for an email address, but gave no where to enter it. I tried contacting customer service and got no response, so I ended up creating a new account with a different email address. It worked just fine.

It was a deal I couldn't pass up.

One thing, this thread as well as when I started utilizing UV codes for HD digital streaming has finally taught me. If I'm not going to watch a BD right away or in the near future then don't purchase it right away for just 20-30% off MSRP. Too many of those purchases just sit still wrapped in plastic in one of the my bookcases when they are finally discounted down to 50% or more off MSRP.

Excellent advice. I'll add another. If you are not using Wish Lists and camelcamelcamel.com / Camelizer to track prices and receive email notifications, you should look into it.

I am curious though how the movies in this thread are picked. There has to be hundreds of movies to pick from that have a recent price drop.

I'll try that Chuck, thanks.

James,

It's a very nice, revealing 3D presentation. Think you will enjoy it.

Been meaning to ask you a question...totally off-topic....

Your animated avatar.

I am a huge Monty Python fan. It *appears* your avatar is of Michael
Palin, the organ player (who appears in quick intervals) from the TV show.

Am I correct on that?

I hate it but I've got to pass on Oz this time. I'll get it the next go round. I still need to get 3D equipment to watch it on. :(

I've been wondering who that avatar is also.
It was actually Terry Jones who mostly played the organ nude. Gilliam did it at least once. I don't think Palin ever did it. But he does reveal his behind in Gilliam's film Jabberwocky. Do I know too much about their behinds? I think I do!!

That's the Silly Party Candidate from the Election Night Special episode. His name is Tarquin Fin- tim- lim- bim- whin- bim- lim- bus- stop- F'tang- F'tang- Olè- Biscuitbarrel. It was too hard to put that in there so I'm Radioman970.

Nope. Pretty sure that's been there for quite awhile! But I never knew what it pertained to! Or that it had anything to do with his avatar!

Thanks for asking, Ron!

I know this isn't the thread for it but... since it's Monday this might be needed. Tear inducing laughter material right here...!!

(And Happy Birthday to that fella in my AV Michael Palin!!!!!)

The thing I like best about my AV is how he looks to the left like he's checking out something far in the distance that only he can see or be interested in.

I had something else in there when I first signed up. But changed it to the proper quote to match my AV. I origanially had "Real name: Rev. Arthur Belling Vicar of St. Loony Up the Cream Bun and Jam." I love that piece with Graham Chapman.
