Boo for the rights holder who ever he may be! LOL! But seriously, it stinks when someone is sitting on something people would be interested in enjoying, but are so consumed with inertia they can’t be bothered, even if they can make a few bucks in the process!

Ridiculous, isn't it? Let something stay locked away in a vault instead of letting someone who has the interest in releasing it so others can enjoy it. Makes no sense to me. Terrible.
