EDIT: the topic should read 'tv on dvd' not 'dvd on tv' ...obviously

sorry if this has been addressed before
didn't Blockbuster at one time charge a regular one rental fee for tv season sets?

I went in to Blockbuster today to see about renting 24 Season 2 or 3 and noticed that they have each disc from the set broken down seperately for rental. Is this a change from the old policy? when did it change? and is there any other well known rental chain that only charges one fee for an entire season set rental?

As long as I have used Blockbuster, around here it was separated by disc. I remember renting pieces of Sex and the City at a time and individual discs of The L Word....."The Sopranos" is the same way. This is what I have experienced at Blockbusters in Virginia and Illinois...

No chain store rents the entire set for $5. Only the bonus discs are included for 'free'. Look at it this way, it'll still be cheaper than buying the set[IMG]
