Does anyone know if the uk version is region free. Amazon lists it as Region 2, but I'm wondering if that's because it's a preorder.

It;s Disney so 99% it will be Region Free, I always expect preorders to be mislisted and after release to only be marginally better

Everything from Disney in general, too, except for RATATOUILLE, the 3D Blu-ray of which is available exclusively in Europe under special circumstances and is Region B locked. I still don't know the circumstances regarding this release.

Basically a Disneyland tie-in/promotion. I've heard various rumors that it was orriginally meant to only be sold at the park or in the immediate Paris region then epanded to a France Only itme and only later decided to add UK and Germany to promote the new park section
