Black Hawk Down SE Damaged Packaging (1 Viewer)

Just received my eagerly awaited copy of Black Hawk Down Deluxe Edition and was disappointed to find out that one of the hubs on the gatefold was already broken when I opened it. Do i have any recourse on getting a replacement gatefold from the studio or the reseller (DVD Empire)? Has anyone had any success in getting replacement packaging?

DVD Empire will replace it if you return it to them. I've had a few arrive with internal damage and they've replaced them all, no questions asked. The instructions for returns are on the back of your shipping invoice. Just indicate
"internal packaging damage" under reason for return.
