Black Friday and Blank Slate (1 Viewer)

So I am planning on remodeling a house and it is pretty much a blank slate big open room option for a home theater setup. I am moving on from my old (12ish years) onkyo setup and would like something new and nice. I am not sure if I should go with in the ceiling or wall speakers or some other setup. I am going to eventually go with a projector (I think) or 85 inch tv not sure which either that does not matter I do not think. I have not clue about the new technology but I see sales everywhere from the Best Buy Magnolia etc. I will be in the Dallas area Black Friday shopping so I am sure there are tons of options. I am not certain what to go with for speakers or receiver. I would like to not spend more than $1500 (is this realistic?).
