Black Coaxial Ouput (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm going to buy a really nice DVD player soon because my dung APEX broke (I know..pathetic..)..I was wondering, if I get a DVD player with a coaxial output (because I just got a monster coax...expensive!!...but I got it on sale.. )and the color is black [instead of orange], does that matter, or is it just black because it is, or is thier some significance? black or orange, gold or white....it doesn't matter....as long as it's meant for DD/DTS bitstreams and other digital audio...
FYI, my Panasonic RV0 has a black dig. coax out
