I realize it is a little late to ask this question, but
has anybody has any dealings (good or bad) with
BlackCloset.com?

I ordered a BIC V-1215 yesterday for $244.57 (delivered) & was going to check the status of my order at their site, but did not see any way to do it.

I know that this thread is wayyy too old, but since there is no answer to this question, I will answer it for you. I have heard of it and thought it would be best to purchase a few from them. So, I did and recommend it to my relatives and friends, but after a few weeks it broke. I dunno why and what happened. Went back online and phoned the customer service and just had me hang there and was put on hold for couple of minutes till I hang up. So I threw it away and just purchase another closets from custom closets, and glad that I am still using the today.
