What would give the best results: bi-amping Paradigm Studio 60s with a Rotel 1075 (5 channel amp 120 watts per channel) or bi-wiring them to a Rotel 1090 ( 2 channel amp 380 watts per channel)?

Its ALWAYS best to go for one powerfull amp versues 2 smaller amps bi-amped (all other things being equal), regardless as to whether you bi-wire or not (bi-wiring isnt really necessary)

I'd go with the 2 channel 1090 amp and you wouldn't need to biwire.

the bigger amp but...unless you're actually going to push them to very loud continuous levels it might be nothing more than a theoretical advantage. i take it you already have one or both of these? other approaches might be to consider monoblocks.
