Now we're getting more cross-genre battles, voting is even more tricky. The Third Man is a better film technically, but I have to go with which one I enjoy more, and that's MP&THG.

I just realized that I dislike The Third Man (or rather consider it very overrated) in the same way as I do Citizen Kane. Give me the original 39 Steps and Casablanca any day!

Sorry to see A Matter of Life and Death go out 1-0. :frowning: I keep meaning to pick up The Red Shoes DVD...
