I just want to know what the best and most economical program for editing video is. My camera is a Sony DCR-TRV330. I need to be able to edit(duh), add sound effects, do effects like credits & title sequences, etc. Someone told me it was Adobe Premiere 6.0 but that it was really pricey. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Kyle

Frankly, I find all other PC NLE programs except Final Cut Pro (and that's for Mac) to be crappy, but Ulead Studio pro would probably be the only cheaper one I'd recommend

Final Cut Pro is the best, hands down. Unfortunately, it's also pricey.
Oh, and this thread will probably be moved. :D

Yes, your local software store should have them

You should be able to get it for under $200 for Ulead
