Best Value Web Hosting? (1 Viewer)

Hey all:
I'm looking to switch Web Hosting Providers to save some cash (need to get more HT gear and DVDs! )
Was wondering if any of you can recommend a cheap yet *very reliable* web hosting provider. I don't need anything special as I only require no more than 5 POP mailboxes, 25 MB disk space or so, very little monthly transfer. Web-based email access is also a plus as I'm on the road often.
I'm more or less using it for email but would like the option to host a small website for my resume and portfolio, etc...
Any help is appreciated!
