Best Under $200 Receiver (1 Viewer)

I just bought Hsu VT-12 Mini system for my parents for Xmas.

What is the best $200 (used or new) that would mate WELL with a mini system?...

Btw, Hsu reps have recommended a Sherwood receiver. Comments?.......

Either a sherwood reciever or a panasonic xr25 would be one of my two choices for receivers under 200. The sherwood would be newer while the panasonic would be refurbished for this price. ALthough if comfortable with buying off of ebay I think new xr25's can be had for around $150

onkyo 501 or 502 will be great choice. Sometimes you can find new units on sale for less than 200$. You can find refurb. units for about 170$ at jr.com. http://www.shoponkyo.com/ sells it for 199.95$. I had onkyo 501 before, it sounds really smooth and detail.
