Triumph The Insult Comic Dog is a puppet from the Conan O'Brien Show, and IMO one of the funniest characters on TV (along with Ed The Sock, who by the way thinks that Triumph is a rip-off of him)
oh and I will have to vote for:
#1 Bon Jovi - to Heather Locklear "In the 80's did Richie feather his pubes?"
#2 Star Wars - to a Star Wars geek "And what is your name, Obi-Wanna-Whack-Off?"

"Triumph The Insult Comic Dog" is a recurring character from the Conan O'Brien Show. he's kinda like Ed The Sock. for this latest (and best) appearance, take a look here:

By the way Eric, I believe there is one more Triumph appearance you didn't put on the list: he "guest starred" on an episode of the late, great TV Funhouse, and was in fine form.

#1 - Westminster 2001 (easiest to find Triumph, and the one that really made me realise he was more than "For me to Poop on!")

Honorable mentions to the short, but funny clips with him making fun of David Hasselhof and when Andy returns for the first time as a guest "Look who's back with his tail between his legs... Loo who's back to sniff Conan's butt"
I still haven't seen all of Westminster 2000 properly, although I think it's the weakest of the 3.
