I currently am using Klipsch RC7, RF3, and RS7 surrounds and a denon 3802 pre amp with B&K 200.2 amp. any suggestions on the best amp for this match. I am debating between the Klipsch RSW 15 and a SVS sub. are there any other ones that my be better. any suggestions please. My price range is 1000 -1500 dollars or less

You should throw Hsu into the mix as well.

However, I think in your price range the SVS PB12-plus/2 would be very difficult to beat.

You would be hard pressed to find a bigger bang for your buck than my SVS PC-Ultra. It clearly outclasses my previous sub, a Paradigm PW-2200. And the price falls right in the middle of your price range!!

Dang we all have our opinions on this....

I think you'll need to go start auditioning subs!!!

Velo has the DR5000 a little below you budget. I believe with SVS you get an audition period and can return it if not happy???? Velo DD15's and DD18's are above your stated budget though.

I still love and have people buying Velo CHT-15's on lesser budgets as they can still be found.. Like my own.. [IMG]

Still the best sub you can get at the $500 mark in my opinion.

Yes, to be fair, you should consider HSU (and Outlaw Audio's new sub too). Their subs both get very good reviews. I personally have an SVS but from what I hear HSU and Outlaw are similar.
