Help, need suggestions for choices on the best sub $300 CD changer out now. Have not needed to buy one lately but my Yamaha CDC605 is finally worn out and tired. Time to replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Dale, do a search on this site as this subject has been discussed quite a bit over the past few weeks. In short, models you should consider for $300 or less include the Sony SCD-CE775, Denon DCM-370, Marantz CC4000, and Sony CDP-CA70ES. All are five-disc carousel changers. Note that the 'CE775 also plays stereo and multi-channel SACDs.
