I'm putting together a stereo only setup in a 12x12 room. I need some speakers to go with an Onkyo TX-8211 that I'm thinking about picking up. Bookshelf speakers will work fine, but I have to stay around $200-250 for the pair. Can you guys point me in the right direction?

Look at JBL E series, and of course the new Studio line looks all the rage.

Many many people find JBL to offer most bang for buck in these price ranges.

Athena AS-B1 for $99/pr or AS-B2 for $149/pr at www.audioadvisor.com. I installed a 8011 with AS-B1s for a customer and it sounded pretty darn good. If you go for the B1s, then you can use the rest of the cash to pick up a Dayton 10" sub for $99 too...
