I've always loved the NCC-1701D Enterprise and was sad to see it get toasted but the one I think is the best ever is the X-Wing Fighter from SW. Nothing better to swoop into a Death Star crevice than one of these puppies.

I really liked the Romulan WarBirds from Star Trek NG. Also the ships that Ra's minions flew in Stargate. Heck, for that matter Ra's flying pyramid! Very cool.
