Greetings,
I'm considering purchasing a region free DVD player because I'm aware of the significant amount of material available in non-region 1 areas.
One thing I'm worried about is the cost of these non-region 1 DVD's, and the cost to ship them to me in Ohio. What are some of the top DVD sites with the best prices?
Best,

...interested in movies from Germany? Take a look here:

-> -> -> Caveat: in many - if not most - cases German DVDs will have only a German dub, or else 'locked' subs will appear when the original soundtrack is selected!
One German film I know of has an English dub: Anatomie, a horror flick starring Franka Potente)

"Anatomie" is meanwhile available in R1 as - you guessed it - "Anatomy" :). The Digital Bits even gave it a spin; though I don't disagree with what they are saying, I still like it. Must be because I'm German, too...
