Need to learn absolutely everything about HDTV: modes, resolutions, stretches, programming, how it works.. everything. What site is the best resource to HDTV information? (for beginners if necessary)

    Thanks.

Hitachi's site is very good for understanding signal types, resolution, and RPTV technology.
There is alot to be learned, even for those who are not considering a Hitachi.
Click and watch some of the apple quick time videos that interest you. You can navigate the pages with the numbers in a row on top.
