Does anyone have the new Sony 36" CRT 16:9 set KV-36HQ100?
Any commends please.Thinking of buying it.

Looks like the 34" KV-34XBR910 here in the US. I believe it is 34" viewable but has a 36" tube (behind the plastic). See if it says anything about a Super Fine Pitch screen. If it does, then it is the same set, and it is regarded as the finest direct view set available. The perfect vision wrote a stellar review of it about 2 months ago.

I bought the 34XBR910 and have been amazed at the picture quality. Lots of discussions on the AVS forum about the set as well.
