Best settings for watching DVD's on 34" Panasonic Tau CT-34Wx50 (1 Viewer)

I have had this set for a little while now...i was just wondering from anyone who has this set...what do they find as the best picture settings when watching a DVD...I dont have one these Video Essentials dvds so i was wondering if anyone could help me out...i just want to get the best possible picture when watching my dvds...any help would be appreciated

Best possible picture = getting AVIA or VE and getting calibration done (either yourself or finding someone)
