Best screen size for my home theatre room (1 Viewer)

I am building a house with a dedicated home theatre room. The dimensions are 18 feet deep and 23 feet wide. I have a wall that is 18 feet wide and 8 feet tall for the screen. I am pretty set on the projector, a BenQ PE8700. I will only be watching DVD's in the room on a upconverting DVD player. I plan on ceiling mounting the projector at about 14 feet back. I am flexible with the seating area, but 18 feet back would put me up against the wall. Any recommendations you have would be great, the bigger the better. The room has two windows, blackout blinds and curtains are ordered. Thanks
