Whats the best place to find good, very cheap used projectors, now that AVS Forum requires a paid subscription to its classified section?

What??? AVS requires a paid subscription for classifieds? Is that if you're posting, or just for access? Man, if you need to pay just to access the site, that should kill the classified section there for sure. I could understand if they wanted a small fee to POST there, but to READ? yikes. [IMG]

I thought I'd bump this up after a few days inactivity in case anyone else was wondering the same thing? I really would like to pick up a halfway decent projector for less than $600 if thats even realistic.

For as much info that I have picked up at AVS-I have no problem spending $15 for the use of their classifieds. I have found great deal from the dealers section and a screen in the individuals area that saved me over $300. You know you are dealing with true buyers and sellers when you are spending a small fee for the access.

    Just my 2 cents

I found my Proxima DP8000 (3000 ANSI lumens, 800:1 on/off contrast, XGA native LCD w/MLA technology, HDCP capable DVI, MSRP: $6999) brand new on projector central for $2940. [IMG]
